Executive Director of KG Youth Practice

Led the development and creation of the Youth Practice.  Responsibilities included developing the strategy for products and services, marketing and branding campaign, establishing relationships with contributors/donors to procure supplies and donations for product launch, and oversight over five team members.

Successfully pitched creating a non-profit subsidiary to honor the mission, provide marketing opportunities through community involvement, and provide collaboration opportunities for clients

 

Client Service Manager

Managed approximately 15 to 20 active client engagements. Responsibilities included proposal development, scope of work management, training coordination, budget oversight, quantitative and qualitative cultural assessment data analysis, and final report development. Projects included employee satisfaction survey, 360 feedback tool design & administration, and sales training design & delivery.

Accomplishments

Developed new line of toolkit products so that budget-limited client organizations could internally conduct cultural assessments using focus groups, surveys, and executive interviews

Redesigned the proposal process including template design and response development

Developed organizational tools such as recruitment processes, performance feedback systems, and education on Salesforce tools to improve effectiveness of sales team

Developed job skills test to hire Executive Admin who has remained with the company for the last 14 years
