HR Consultant, Traditional Employment Solutions

Developed marketing materials, consulting infrastructure (e.g., SOWs, proposal templates, report templates, training guides, job aides, etc.) for new division. Responsibilities included conducting client discovery, proposal development, SOW development, contracting, service development & delivery. Services included strategic planning, operational prioritization & action planning, survey design & analysis, handbook development, and small to medium size consultation regarding HR practices.

Redesigned diagnostic processes to follow scientific methodology and improved overall deliverable quality and skill level of consulting team.  Responsibilities included client discovery, design, and delivery of all diagnostics for client organizations including 360 evaluations, employee surveys, leadership assessments, and custom surveys.

Provided executive facilitation and customized strategic solutions to clients and prospects by consulting with senior leadership on emerging priorities, organization strategy and change initiatives. Services included strategic planning sessions, executive coaching, survey design and analysis, 360 development & implementation, and leadership development training.
